Telehealth
Neudle Psychology is based in Melbourne, but our psychologists and clinical psychologists are located across Australia. We offer telehealth services nationwide, allowing clients to access assessments and therapy online, wherever they are.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows you to connect with a psychologist via video or phone, eliminating the need to visit a clinic in-person. Through secure platforms like Zoom, you can attend therapy or assessment sessions from the comfort of your own space.
Online therapy has transformed mental health care, making it more accessible and flexible. With telehealth, you can engage in therapy in a way that suits your environment, schedule, and needs - without the stress of travel or clinical waiting rooms.
One of the biggest advantages of telehealth is its convenience. Whether you’re juggling work, study, or daily responsibilities, online therapy allows you to access support in a way that works for you. It also removes geographical barriers, making high-quality, affirming psychology accessible no matter where you live.

Telehealth benefits
Telehealth offers faster access to support, with reduced wait times compared to traditional in-person services. In many cases, telehealth means earlier intervention and greater flexibility in scheduling.
For neurodivergent people, telehealth provides more autonomy and control over their therapy environment -free from overstimulating clinics, travel fatigue, and external stressors. And with Medicare rebates available for eligible clients, it can also be a more affordable option.
Our telehealth platforms offer unique advantages beyond in-person sessions, including the ability to record and transcribe sessions (with consent), share screens for real-time collaboration on documents, use digitised media to enhance session engagement, and provide a chat function for non-speaking clients to communicate more easily.
