About

Jacob is committed to providing person-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming support that helps individuals grow, self-reflect, and embrace their authentic selves. He creates a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported in working towards their own goals, using a strengths-based approach that prioritises meaningful, client-led discussions.

With experience supporting a wide range of neurodivergent clients, as well as providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care, Jacob is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages authenticity and self-exploration. His work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered in their personal journey.

Jacob is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical and Sports & Exercise Psychology, with a keen interest in researching holistic care approaches for neurodivergent individuals.

approach

Jacob integrates values-based therapy, movement and exercise approaches, and neurodivergence-affirming strategies into his practice.
