About

Chelsea is a Neurodivergent Psychologist passionate about guiding clients on their self-discovery journey. She understands that seeking a diagnosis is just one step—her goal is to help clients explore both the “what if?” (identifying their neurotype) and the “what now?” (understanding their strengths, challenges, and next steps).

As someone with lived experience of Autism and ADHD, Chelsea deeply understands the impact of navigating a neurotypical world. This fuels her commitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming care, supporting clients in building self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-advocacy. She fosters a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore what is meaningful, and develop strategies to create an authentic and fulfilling life.

approach

Chelsea brings a relaxed and playful energy to sessions, helping to cultivate a sense of comfort, connection, and safety. Her approach is client-led and strengths-focused, always honouring the autonomy of her clients. She has particular interests in neurodivergence, burnout, and the impact of masking, and she is dedicated to supporting clients in navigating these experiences.
